Dear Islamic Brothers! Everyone should treat their neighbours
nicely and respectfully unless there is a valid Shari’ reason.
Once, a person came in the presence of the Holy Prophet
sallallahu alaihi wasallam and asked, “Ya Rasool-Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam !
How will I know if I have done something right or wrong?”
The Respect of a Muslim
The Holy Prophet sallallahu alaihi wasallam replied, “When you hear
your neighbours saying that you have performed something
right, indeed you have performed something right and when
you hear them saying that you have committed something
wrong, indeed you have committed something wrong.” (Sunan
Ibn-e-Maja, Hadith 4223, V4, P479, Dar-ul-Ma’rifa Beirut)
